Brian Vincent – Managing Director
Brian has over 35 years of industry knowledge and experience to offer our customers.  Having successfully run a UPVC window and door company for over 14 years, Brian decided to branch out on his own in 2013 and hasn’t looked back.  Brian is renowned locally for his friendly, honest and fair approach and Hilbre Windows continues to go from strength to strength under his leadership.

Neil Coathup – Trade Manager
Neil has been with us since early 2015 and heads up our trade and ordering department.  Neil’s relaxed, open and friendly approach, combined with over 20 years of UPVC / aluminium manufacturing and installation experience, make him an invaluable member of our close knit team.  What Neil doesn’t know about the double glazing industry isn’t worth knowing and he is one of the main reasons our trade and retail customers keep coming back to us year after year.

Mark Scudder – Sales Manager
Mark joined us in April 2018 after successfully helping to run a local UPVC window fabrication and installation company for nearly 16 years. Mark is recognised on the Wirral as a salesperson with a difference – he genuinely cares about ‘the customer’ and his sincere and warm application of his vast industry knowledge is very much appreciated by our customers.  Mark oversees the sales and fitting-side of the business and you will be looked after by him in a professional and helpful manner from start to finish.

Kate Vincent – Office Manager
Kate has lived locally for 48 years and is a supportive and friendly member of the team who has helped Brian set up two incredibly successful and customer focused double glazing companies.

Together, Kate and Brian make a strong partnership and have the same mindset, goals and aspirations to continue to make Hilbre Windows a resounding success.  Kate updates all our social media including the ever-popular Friday Feeling song.
