Sean Dalby
Sean joined Hilbre Windows in 2022 as a joint owner and in 2024 took over sole ownership of the business. Sean has been involved with a number of succesful companies locally and nationally, which have included construction, property management and software development. Seans breadth of experience is ensuring that Hilbre Windows continues to go from strength to strength under his leadership.

Neil Coathup
Neil is our Trade Manager has been with us since early 2015 and heads up our trade and ordering department.  Neil’s relaxed, open and friendly approach, combined with over 20 years of UPVC / aluminium manufacturing and installation experience, make him an invaluable member of our close knit team.  What Neil doesn’t know about the double glazing industry isn’t worth knowing and he is one of the main reasons our trade and retail customers keep coming back to us year after year.

Mark Scudder
Mark joined us as our Sales Manager in April 2018 after successfully helping to run a local UPVC window fabrication and installation company for nearly 16 years. Mark is recognised on the Wirral as a salesperson with a difference – he genuinely cares about ‘the customer’ and his sincere and warm application of his vast industry knowledge is very much appreciated by our customers.  Mark oversees the sales and fitting-side of the business esnuring that you will be looked after by him in a professional and helpful manner from start to finish.

Vicky Mills
Vicky joined the team in 2022 and keeps us all organised and focused. She the glue that knits us all together, and has an amazing sense of humour. Vicky takes control of all our office administration, invoicing, sales orders and appointments and without her we would be pulling our hair out. She also makes an amazing cuppa – particulalry at 8.45am most mornings.
