FENSA (Fenestration Self Assessment Scheme) is the gold standard for the double glazing industry. FENSA is a government-authorised scheme that monitors building regulation compliance for replacement windows and doors. Every FENSA Approved Installer, from large national brands to small local companies, is assessed regularly by FENSA to ensure standards are continually maintained.

When replacing windows and doors you will need to comply with a number of building regulation requirements and you must get a certificate from FENSA or their LABC (Local Authority Building Control) – these documents are important if you are looking to sell your home in the future. Being a member of FENSA enables us to self-certify compliance under current building regulations without the need for a separate assessment from your LABC. When we register your window and or door installation with FENSA you are now automatically registered for a ten year insurance backed warranty providing you with further peace of mind.
